We observed that most of the companies we consulted are not sure that the next generation of employees they have would share the same goal and passion that help propel company to be successful. This is because of different ideas and perspectives to work philosophy, so how to prepare them? At Ad Astra Asia, we provide this program to prepare the young talent with experience to face real-working situations.
YOUNG TALENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
We have developed a program which opens the eyes of
students to their passion and develop them to be an
Authentic Leader which would align their personal purpose
with their professional goal.
The process develops empathy and deeper understanding within the students themselves, making them able to see the value of their environments and life.
From that; we take the participants onto a journey of
scenario-planning which is foreseeing the future they
would be living in.
At the end of the program, they would need to develop
solutions, policies by using design and prototype-thinking in creating a tangible solution for society.
