This course aims to develop the analytical and communication skills needed for successful business negotiations. Negotiation is a complex three-step process that consists of preparation, implementation of procedures and evaluation of negotiations. This course includes theoretical knowledge of leading negotiation scholars and practical experience through learning by doing.
