Shu-Hsiang (Ava) Chen, Ph.D.

Eva is an educator, researcher, and consultant who focuses on marketing, technology integration, training and development, and strategic management. Her education background started with Management Information System (BA) and Performance Training and Technology (MA) at University of Northern Iowa in the USA. She then moved to Thailand to continue her PhDs. She holds the first PhD in Tourism Management from Maejo University in Northern Thailand, and a second PhD in Educational Technology from Chulalongkorn University. Currently, she is working as an ASEAN Marketing consultant at Chilitag Technology Co., Ltd., Kaohsiung City, Taiwan. And also teaching at National Chiayi University as Adjunct Assistant Professor. She has published more than 30 academic papers. Her current research focuses on marketing and smart technology integration into business and education.
