Our group was partnered to help in developing a organization culture transformation program. Our team helped in creating the organization culture, communication plans, created and trained a change agent program (more than 1,200 participlants) nation wide, as well as creating a fellow up system which tracks the change and progress. We have a one year commitment in partnership for this transformation program

Bank of Thailand (BOT)
is Thailand’s central bank. Our group was partnered to help develop wider exposure to new technology and business models. We worked on developing different scenarios, brought out network of expects in the banking sector, technologies and fintech.

Our group also worked with BOT in creating an engagement program nation wide, where multiple activities were designed to get feedback from members of BOT, also building a better teamwork spirit for change.

Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT)
is a state enterprise managed by the ministry of energy.

Our group was partnered to develop an assessment for new employees. We have helped EGAT assess more than 3,000 employees by using learning assessments programs, designed as 2-day workshops, which developed their business skills as well as enabled us to track participants’ abilities. The program not only recognizes skills and knowledge as the base of assessment, but also the willingness and hard-working attitude.

ThaiBev is Thailand’s leading beer and spirits business

Our group was partnered to create the first Service personnel guideline manual for service uplifing ThaiBev’s employees throughout the country. We lanched a mystery shopper program nationwide to gather as much information on the current service level, and design the new set Service Level Agreement (SLA), the handbooks and trainer guides, and conduct trainning programs for their internal trainers

The office of the Basic Education Communication (OBEC)
Oversees the whole nation’s network of schools and is responsible in the cultivation of the nation’s youth.

Our group partners with Talk Foundation, in developing communicatopn, debating, logical thinking, and argumentation skills to Thai students. We have guided and helped more than 3,000 students in 6 regional camps nationwide.
The objective is to build better and stronger leaders for the future which can voice their thoughts and take our region to the next level of growth in the future.

Hospital Management Training & Development Institute (HMTDI)
Hospital Management Training & Development Institute (HMTDI) founded by former founder and owner of Bangkok Dusit Medical Service (BDMS) which is the largest private hospital group in ASEAN.

Our group was partnered to develop an interactive e-learning, a video-based learning platform where the founder would be able to share his knowledge in years to come. Our team designed the outline, recording, platform design and also worked with the IT team in bringing the program to life.
