The structure design of the Banquet Battle is a mock up structure of the Organizational Chart, creating an effective cross functional experience 

Activity introduction

Participants will get to play the role of a professional cooking team in an epic banquet battle to be the ultimate team that can produce the most wonderful dishes that excel in both taste and look to meet the client’s needs. Each member in the team will be assigned different role to represent the different function in a team. Participants will have to work together to reach the end goal successfully.
