In the digital era, there is a lot of changes, competition and innovation in the industry. Being able to develop a proactive change mindset is very important. This program focuses on developing an understanding and creating an acceptance toward change and being able to be positive power toward change which would drive organizational transformation. 

Business Lifecycles

 

The program talks about the nature of change and the need for it, business needs change to be able to be competitive in the market. 

BOL

 

Learning is a comparative process; participants would be able to think about the world without change and would we be able to be competition. Change is always happening in our daily life.

Unfreeze

 

We move on to explain the Change process: 1. Unfreeze, 2. Learn new Concept and 3. Refreeze.

The Lewin’s Change Model, explain how people change and how do Change Agents needs to work on each stage.

Within an Organisation

This is the Change Process, which informs that Change Agent is only one part of the whole process. Change Agents aren’t alone, you would have support as communication packages, etc.

What is the idea change agent, what is his / her role. What kind of person are we looking for to become the 20% of BOL.

We would interpret each individual group, on how to understand changes and how they would behavior toward change.

The 4 Characters in Who
Moved My Cheese

The 4 Characters in Who Moved My Cheese, Sniff, Scurry, Ham and Haw have different roles and we call have these characters in the firm.

DISC

 

We would bring the learning alive by having an exercise to integrate the learning about characters and DISC by having participants role play in the session.

The change Process

 

Understanding the Change Process and talking about how people would internally manage themselves. There is a lot of emotional struggler.

Build Trust

 

We would tell Change Agents on how deal with different individuals in the change process. They would be able to learn how to deal with it.

How to deal with Resistance

 

Resistance is a very big word in Change, you would need to manage your resistance in your group, how to move them forward, how to deal with difficulties cases.

The change Agent

 

We create a FAQ database, working together to gather different questions which would would help Change Agent answer better and consistence to employees.

Multiple Intelligence

 

The last learning would be Multiple Intelligence, which would teach participants to be able to communicate in larger groups, the Multiple Intelligence help create a more attractive and engaged understanding.
