Thepparith (TeeJay) is a corporate trainer and youth educator who focuses on developing leadership and management (specialising in change, innovation, design thinking and debating). He has lived half his life in both the West (Virginia, USA) and the East (Thailand, South Korea and India). He has traveled and worked in more than 50 countries around the world, and been given the opportunity to meet different kinds of people and along the way, learned valuable knowledge and skills of leadership and business communication in different cultures and contexts.

He believes that his purpose in life is to be able to create positive impact to the world via education; by providing adults and youths with the voice to express themselves and the skills to change the world. He is the founder of Talk Foundation and the Executive Director of Thailand Institute for Next Generations, non-profit organisations focusing on developing a better future for Thailand and ASEAN.
